Judged by a panel of business professionals from the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, the award was established by First Citizens Bank to recognize companies that go above and beyond customer expectations in delivering service. Winners were recognized at the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s 3rd Annual Business Achievement Awards ceremony on Thursday, December 10th, 2009 in downtown Wilmington, NC.
